Tanggung Jawab

  • Scoring agents work and make an evaluation based on it.
  • Creating SOP and deliver to agents.
  • Building report on any evaluation of every agent.
  • Monitoring as well as analyze quality of agent's services.
  • Creating any coaching as well as do the training and coaching for agents.
  • Create quiz.
