- Have minimum 1 year as Quality Assurance within Customer Service area.
- Excellent communication capability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
Tanggung Jawab
- Scoring agents work and make an evaluation based on it.
- Creating SOP and deliver to agents.
- Building report on any evaluation of every agent.
- Monitoring as well as analyze quality of agent's services.
- Creating any coaching as well as do the training and coaching for agents.
- Create quiz.
