Our client, one of food & beverage company is looking for Operational & Sales Manager with responsibilities as follows:

• Supervise the sales progress from each outlet/branch
• Evaluate & plan weekly order based on sales outcome & waste
• Managing & controlling sales activity
• Responsible and lead weekly meeting with the supervisors
• In charge for day-to-day operation
• Develop sales strategy
• Minimize waste of product
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for business operation
• Implement and review SOP
• Develop communication network between outlet/branches
