- Candidates must be posses at least bachelor’s degree in business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Economic, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in related field
- Required Skill(s) : Marketing Strategy, Leadership, Good Communications, fast learner, and responsible
- Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/ Business Development and Financial Advisor background
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate marketing and non-marketing activities carried out by team members both in the field and in the office
- Ensuring all team members achieve the targets set by the company
- Analyze and develop marketing strategies to increase sales and achieve the targets set by each team member and the overall target of the team
- Responsible to analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Conduct training, mentoring, mentoring for all team members
- Evaluate team performance / sales results and sales activities regularly and report to Area Sales Manager
- Analyze the need for team development and facilitate the process of development
