1. Minimum S-1 education in all fields (Preferably Marketing Department)
2. Active English - Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
3. Have more than 5 years experiences in the same related
4. Male, Age 30 - 45 Years
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Have the soul of leadership, Creative, Active, consistent and target Orientation
7. Self-motivated, self-organized, problem solving skills, target oriented
Tanggung Jawab
1. Plan the implementation of the company sales strategy appropriately.
2. Being a part of recruitment process
3. Analyze and develop marketing strategies to achieve specified targets. Conduct sales activities.
4. Delivering expected sales results
5. Report results directly to the project directors
6. Develop communication strategy with client according to company policy
7. Working on marketing channels
8. Manage and control customer profitability by ensuring the use of effective and efficient expenses.
9. Supervising telesales team in running sales activity
