Persyaratan

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing – Sales Executive candidate to join our growing Digital team who will be accountable for developing new businesses, deriving sales through compelling selling approach and successful customer marketing execution.

The role will involve working across a range of public and private sector clients, in Indonesia and internationally to manage the delivery of digital campaigns and projects including website and microsite development, digital advertising and content.

Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Advertising/ Communication/ Business Studies/ Management or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English 
  • Previous position ideally Account Executive/ Sales Executive with strong target achievements in Digital Marketing/ Advertising agency or equivalent 
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, ideally in an agency

 


Tanggung Jawab

 

  • Have experience in a brand/consumer marketing and digital account management role, ideally gained in a FMCG / branded environments
  • Actively looking for new clients by constantly communicating the value of products and services offered
  • Proactively reaching out to ensure clients satisfaction/retention to unearth new sales opportunities while continuously hunting and closing new business
  • MUST be able to achieve sales targets set by company and adaptable to clients requests
  • Formulate sales strategies that match prospective clients requirements to achieve assigned goals and targets
  • Work closely with the clients, arranging meetings and liaising to understand their requirements
  • Manage both new and existing clients through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Familiar with digital technology and platforms, must be able to advise clients on website development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, Google Adwords, PPC, Paid Search, conversion rate optimization, etc.
  • Knowledgeable about social media landscape in addition to content analytics and monitoring tools such as: Google Analytics, etc.
  • Must be able to consult clients on digital marketing strategies to grow their online presence and driving return on investment (ROI) from online activity
  • Administering the smooth running of campaigns – by working closely with the wider digital team, including designers, developers, creative teams, SEO and paid media specialists communicating the correct information to all members of the team and reporting in order to complete projects on time and on budget
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project or similar project management software, social media platforms.
  • Assist with new business research and pitch preparation
  • Have ability to work independently on a project or collaboratively as a team player and able to integrate with a diverse team with varying opinions and ideas
  • Ability to work hard, thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope professionally with changing priorities
  • Other duties may also be assigned
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends required
