- Maximum age 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree from Law or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position
- Preferable candidates who has experience in Manufacture Company that has more than 100 employees
- Expertise in handling labor union
- Expertise in labor law, regulations, & personnel administration
- Honest, fast learner, discipline and independent
- The ability to work under pressure
- Work location: Surabaya
Tanggung Jawab
Main Duties:
- Establishing, controling, & evaluating the implementation of company rules & regulation in accordance with labor regulation
- Handle the disciplinary, & termination of employment
- Coordinating the implementation of coaching and evaluation for non-staff employees
- Other duties as assigned
