- Preference given for candidate from Jewelry manufacturing background
- Min 5 yrs experience managing company of min 100 employees
- Excellent English (written & spoken)
- Detail oriented
- Good computer skills, very articulate in Excel formulas and tables
- Able to run day to day operation of the business
- Excellent business communication skills with clients (both verbal & written email)
- Knowledgeable & Well versed on: Employment contracts, Intellectual Property protection, Confidentiality Agreements, Insurance, Benefits & Packages, etc.
- Capable of creating, enforcing polices & procedures to maintain a high quality of performance & consistency
- Excellent at evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed and quality and implementing new where required
- Familiar with reading and analyzing department stores selling reports / projections
- Familiar with accessing vendor manuals at department stores portal
- Familiar with jewelry manufacturing process, materials and tools / equipment
- Familiar with jewelry QC processes and customer requirement
- Highly organized, motivated team leader with a sincere, professional & caring attitude towards others
- Excellent motivator of people & ability to create a “team spirit” & level of excellence in performance
- Excellent at evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed and quality and implementing new where required
- Must be articulate and professional, capable of selecting and managing the best team possible for the success of our company for a high quality of excellence
