- Bachelor’s degree or above, more than 2 years working experience;
- More than 1 year working experience in E-commerce or Fintech industry;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for Atome user operations, enhancing user activity and order conversion through multiple operational means
- Delivers Operations strategy, define program goals, and establish performance measurement standards
- Delivers execution of content and customer engagement across channels.
- Work with Operations teams to identify database to target for each action
- Report on results and feedback from attendees to the teams
- Facilitate follow up actions from operations teams and monitor ROI for each campaign
- Drive data informed channel strategy and track and analyze the effectiveness campaigns
