  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent Communication and analytical skills.
  • Minimum One Year of relevant experience.

  • Able to work under pressure and shift schedule.



Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage requests, complaints, requirements, ideas, adjustments from tenants, prospects, visitors and vendors
  • Achieve and maintain relationship with tenants and prospect and give them the best possible service.
  • Honest and responsible for every duties that has to be done.

Ancillary Duties :

  • To attend to tenants' complaints.
  • Providing tenancy coordinating services including escorting/checking in New Tenant, fitting out assistance, explaining Lease Agreement and House Regulations, and other informations needed by new tenants.
  • Provide Business Centre Service at the best quality of service.
  • Developing an overall sense of well being for the whole building and it's surrounding grounds and reporting on any matters where suggestions for improvement may be seen worthy for consideration by the management
  • Maintain Tenants Information Database System
  • Maintain a consisten and positive customer service image when interacting with tenant and prospect.
  • To arrange additional facilities and services for tenants either as part of Property Management services or provided by outside parties.
  • Report to Customer Service Department Head day to day and prepare weekly written reports.
  • To assist other Departments in their inter-relationship.
  • Create and maintenance a good relationship with tenants, and all employee that all together joint with Aditya Mansions.
  • To maintain a high standard of tenant's quiet enjoyment and privacy of living in the apartment.
