• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/ Coordinator specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Passionate in F&B is a plus.
• Full-Time position available.

Tanggung Jawab

• Provide professional support and strategic advice on recruitment to line and departemental managers, and advise best recruitment & selection.
• Supervise the recruitment team and report on it’s perfomance.
• Provide improvement to our employer branding
• Manage talent within the organization by implementing process which align with organization business strategy.
• Choosing and managing the right tools for recuitment strategy.
• Ensure the people development plan is going and collaborate with training team.
• Work together with user to make a people development program for employee.
