• Strong in leadership especially project management and team development

• Build project document (budget, timeline, etc)

• Good communication and negotiation skill

• Write and communicate projects reports to team, stakeholders, and clients

• Innovative and creative thinker

• Able to work uder pressure

• Attention to detail

• Understanding in terms of Capital Market is an added value
