Persyaratan
  • Education from Human Resource Management or other related course
  • 5-10 Years of administrative experience in HR personnel administration activities (Training, employee relations)
  • Strong Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of orientation job and administration.

  • Analytical skills, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet)
  • Good attitude and good communication skill
  • Have leadership and good relationship in work
  • Good written and communication skills in English
  • Problem solving skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Tanggung Jawab
  • Manage and setup recruitment, and hiring activities of employees, ensuring that staffing requirements are timely and procedures are in compliance with local requirements and company policy.
  • Identify, coordinate, and/or design personnel training programs, and ensure timely implementation on job training and knowledge transfer
  • Provide counsel and guidance to supervisory personnel and management ensuring that daily employment practices and related issues are resolved following applicable company guidelines and company’s strategies.
  • Direct the enrollment process and annual performance review of employees in the company benefit programs.
  • Develop, implement, review, and update the job descriptions and evaluation and Performance Management System
