- Recruitment and Staffing, including Promotion and Demotion Process
- Compensation Benefit ( Employee Master Payroll , Medical, Pension , BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS
Kesehatan, incentive etc )
- Employee Relation and Industrial relations Matter, build good relationship between Management, Labor Union and Employees
- Manage and Handling Performance Management Process
- General Affairs Matter ( Foreigners Permit , Facility Maintenance, Stationary etc )
- Manage also external relation (Community and Government)
