1. Control & Monitoring about compensation, industrial relationship and GA function
2. Implement and manage established human resources program efficiently and equitably with individual employment contracts, regulation laws and organization's employment policies
3. Control & monitoring about recruitment process & training development
4. manage the legal procedure, license & permit
5. Responsible for HR, Organization and Human Development
6. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
7. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
