Persyaratan

 

  •  Degree holder in E-commerce / Business / Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in E-Commerce or online marketing with sound knowledge on business development (Compulsory skills) 
  • Hands-on experience in different aspects of e-commerce business: content creation, driving traffic, inventory management product fulfilment, customer service, etc (Compulsory skills)
  • Good command in spoken English with excellent writing skills (Compulsory skills) 
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills (Compulsory skills) 
  • A passion for numbers and outstanding analytical skills, including customer insights, costumer trends, market analysis. Native in analytical tools (Google Analytics) to drive business / marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation (Compulsory skills) 
  • Microsoft office proficient (Powerpoint, excel and word). Heavy emphasis on Microsoft excel (able to operate several formulas such as IF, Vlookup functions & Pivot) (Compulsory skills)
  • Knowledge in both or either Front end (HTML, CSS & JQUERY) & Back end programming (Javascript, mysql database, PHP, Python & Ruby) is a big plus. 
  • Knowledge in operating adobe programmes (Photoshop & Illustrator) are a big plus. 
  • Have an interest or previously worked in hardware, machinery, electrical, power tool & other industrial supplies industry 
  • Solid hands-on experience of content management system (CMS).

Tanggung Jawab

> Sales & Marketing function: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard of customer service. In charge of daily analysis of sales KPI and Manage sales growth for all e-commerce channels (Own website and 3rd party marketplaces), working closely with internal team to achieve growth and sales target.

> Sales & Marketing function: Monitor traffic and performance marketing ROI across the channels especially own website, such as customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, SEM, SEO initiatives, Paid Social Media (Facebook, Instagram youtube), affiliate and re-targeting. In order to build and execute marketing plan & strategies.

> Sales & Marketing function (BD): Promote existing product offerings and develop new customers and penetrate new communities. Maintain and expand existing brand sites and marketplace, to foster new markets for both brand sites and new marketplaces.

> Sales & Marketing function: Promoting existing products portfolio and develop new customers and penetrate new communities. Maintain and expand existing brand sites and marketplace, to foster new markets for both brand sites and new marketplaces.

> Sales & Marketing function: Ensure the look and feel of the brand sites or official stores in marketplaces and any brand exposure are aligned with corporate brand standards and guidelines

> Technology update function: Communicating with the e-commerce platform provider in order to update the content, API connection, technology functions and looks (UI & UX) of the website.

> Operational excellence function: Work closely with all key support teams, such as Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, IT, Logistics and the Retail Team in order to identify issues & opportunities for service initiatives to improve intimate experiences in customer journey Enable and improve omni-channel experience between offline and online
